Okay, so last night I was at soccer practice and my ankle poped. The trainer said it was just sprung and it swelled up. And its still swolen BAD. And my dad keeps saying "you better hope its not cracked. "

I can walk on it and everything, and it doesn't hurt..but its swolen and bruised. I have a soccer tournament tomorrow and they keep saying if I think I can play then I can. But if its cracked and hurt it it'll break?

I don't know wat to do. I wanna play but I don't want to break it and be out for the whole season. Wat should I do.

  1. go and get it x=rayed, right away, so you know for sure.  You can't make guesses, you need to know how to best treat it.

  4. take ibuprofen, it helps reduce inflammation/ swelling.

    ice it

    wrap it tight (but not too tight) and see how it feels. maybe wear a particularly tight sock under your uniform sock tomorrow. keep taking the ibuprofen. if it hurts don't play on it.

    to the above: try learning some first aid. you don't always need to see a doctor. bunch of sissies with no first aid knowledge. you are bringing humanity down.
