I need an application form for Jamaican passport renewal- any website?

hi i am in canada and i need to renew my jam passport, i heard that there is a website that i can print the form instead of going in to the actual place just to get the form.

Hi there. You can just go to www.pica.gov.jm which is the Passport, Immigration & Citizenship Agency in Jamaica which is more commonly referred to as the Passport office. You will most likely need a birth certificate as well to renew your passport so if you don't have one or it is the old type that may not be legible then you can apply for the new type birth certificate online at www.rgd.gov.jm . They can arrange direct delivery to you in Canada at a special cost.
