I need an awesome BBQ joint in Denver!!?

Question

Anyone know of an out of this world BBQ joint in the South Denver area? I've heard of Winston's, but only gotten one person's feedback on it. Anything else recommended?

My personal favorite is Piggin' Out on 9987 Morrison Road but that is not exactly South Denver. They have amazing smoked meats and a nice variety of sauces. They do mostly take-out. Well worth the drive.

South Denver, Sam Taylor's on S Cherry has its moments. It is sometimes wonderful and sometimes just average.

If those places don't work out, try Big Papa's BBQ at 6265 E Evans Ave. They are supposed to be excellent!

Or if you are willing to do some driving, try Hog Heaven Pit Bar-B-Que in Bailey. They are Real Hickory Pit Smoked Barbeque Southern Style... so it might really be tasty.

Its not south denver either, but hokes bbq on 72nd just past kipling, they do mostly take out also, but excellent meat...
