  1. Just watch MMA lol

  2. use the side kick side kick from sambo it shows you on you tube i myself do bjj though

  3. Like in MMA fighting you could just shoot for their legs and grab them and knock them off balance. But like katana172 said you also need muscle memory.

  4. the fact is unless you train and drill something countless times, and learn it from a good instructor, it will be worthless in a self defense situation. Once your fight or flight response kicks in, unless it is burned into your muscle memory, it will go right out of your head.

  5. uchi-mata. Learn Judo.

  6. osoto-gari

  7. katana172 answered your question.

  8. I like Osoto-gari.

  9. The good old hip throw.

  10. First, you need to hit them in their pressure points, then you could just get them on the ground the only problem is getting to their pressure points during a fight. Thats the only way that i know.

    Remember jesus luvs you!!!!!!!!!

  11. just use your ki-you can "push" the guy with your ki from a far distance without touching him

  12. Leg trap, it's a Taichi technique, you just move your leg, hook it around your opponent's ankle, and push with the opposite hand to the leg, ex: right leg left hand, it's a very simple application of force and leverage, it probably wouldn't work on a martial artist unless you practice it a lot though, because it's a very basic and easy technique....although....it's unexpected and if you can do it very quickly, it can win sparring matches (it's helped me win around 3 times....twice on the same person)

I think my answer has the technique that has the least force and is easiest but not necessarily most powerful, the Uchi-Mata is a little iffy....but strong, so I'd also suggest that.
