I need an example of a program from a child care centre.....?

I have to make one for a 3-5 year room at a child care centre. If you don't have an example, can you just explain what it is. How do you set it out?

Include activities in your continuous provision that cover the following areas of learning and development: Personal, social and emotional, communication. language and literacy. problem sovling, reasoning and numeracy, physical , creative and knowledge and understanding of the world. Ensure you include a good balance of adult led and child initiated activities. Use observations of the children to inform your planning based on the children's intersts and developmental needs.
