Won't have that much time to devote to it.I go up and down 3 flights of stairs 3 times a day and I haven't been eating very much lately.All I usually eat in a day is about 1 cup of carrots and celery w/ 2 tsp of light ranch dressing and drinking water and green tea.If anyone could possibly make me a workout routine that I could switch up sometime that would be great.
