If it is a cd that you uploaded on itunes then i can help you there, but if you bought a song on itunes then it is illegal to convert it. So a good program is real player just change the format settings when you burn a song from your hard drive to mp3. Thats all, and again even trying to use an itunes song you bought wont work when you try to change it.
