1) If your golf course has a driving range you can have a hit the target contest. Put a ramp at 75yards, 100yards, and  175yards. charge $2 a ball/ 3 balls for $5 and give away your tourney t-shirts a s prizes

2) A glass jar filled with tee's - guess how many tee's $1 per guess

3) On the practice putting green have how many can you sink  contest - have a set position on one of the holes and the one who sinks the most out of seven wins

How about a long putt competition?  I played in a tournament two years ago, that put this on at the end of the day.  Almost everyone that golfed that day entered.  Set a mark on the green and putt to the hole.  Closest to the pin wins.  If you have a tie, putt again.  This was a lot of fun for the competitors,and raised a lot of money for the charity.
