I need an idea for a drawing, help??

OK i have been trying to come up for an idea for a drawing and i am drawing a blank. I want something that means something and has a message

try illustrating or expressing what you fill by drawing them . by doing that you will come up a beautiful work with a detailed and messaged drawing because doing my kind of method will surprise you because that drawing is not a simple one because it illustrates your ideas and it frequently came from your Heart that is all i can say!

What about a self-portrait directly from looking in a mirror?  Self-portraits tend to have built in extra meaning.

How about exotic birds in flowering trees. You can go crazy with colors of bird feathers, shapes of them can be wild too-nobody will know if it is a real bird, and flowers on trees they sit on can be wild orchids.....

That would be a bright, happy picture with a lot of freedom of choices for you. It can be one or two nice size birds.

I just started painting two wild doves on branches and cannot wait for a sunlight to continue working on them.

draw something related to your zodiac sign~ plus you can realte it to earth, water, wind, or fire(depending on what your sign is), and your personality traits.

I know this is not really an idea but you should read this really good book called My Name is Asher Lev. It is about a young jewish boy with amazing drawing skills trying to decide to follow his heart or follow his father's views. It has some really great descriptions of paintings. It also does a really good job of helping the reader feel as if they need to pour their life and soul into one piece. I think if you really like painting you will love this book. I loved it and i hate drawing.
