I need an idea for the party in company as soon as possible!?

Question

I'm a freshman in a Japanese company. Me and my team have to organize an even named "after 5 event". We need some kind of interesting, funky and active party idea. It can be on a evening of a week day or on weekend. We already have some ideas like, a party in beach with beach volly ball or some games, a party in a gave center, playing table tennis, etc. We need some more ideas, so if somebody have some good ideas, can u plz let me know soon. I think I need it today. I'll really really appriciate ur help!

You could do a retro theme--guests can make Tye-dye T-Shirts, you can call Oriental (this is not an insult or joke-it is the name of a fantastic mail order company that sells party items many of them with beach or Hawaiian themes for reasonable prices) OK the full name is Oriental Trading company and they are on line at: orientaltrading.com, or toll free at: 800-228-2269.
