I need an idea on how to cut my hair...?

Thats what my hair looks like now but I want it to look like this now:

i already know to use hairspray but i just need more help on the layers and also how to make the bottoms part different lengths instead of just like straight-cut. soooooooooo help??

just bring that picture into the hair salon and they will know what to do.

i mean unless you cut it yourself or something... then im no help at all haha.

i would probably get your layers cut a little shorter

but still keep your length
