I find when I am alone in the house I get very bored, Im not an athlectic person and I do find that I lose interest quickly in things. So Im wondering if anyone had any ideas of an interest or hobby that could keep me occupied.

  2. Although you don't seem to like knitting, why not to try cross-stitching! It's muche asier and much more fun, cheap too, and suits even for those awful rainy days!!

  3. Try World of Warcraft.

  4. I know some of my favorite hobbies are rubber stamping and scrapbooking.  I first started rubber stamping.  Meaning making up my own cards from the heart to give to loved ones.  That could be something fun.  Maybe look at Michael's or something to see if they have any demo's on saturday for you to watch and see if you get any interest in anything at all.  Scrapbooking to me would be the best you have been together for 7 years why not put those pictures in an album for both of you to remember.  I have many albums that I am working on.  I have four brothers so when my dad sold his house I asked for pictures and so I got some of my brothers military pictures and I am working on making all of my brothers a military album.  I am working on my daughter's, her older half brothers, and nieces and nephews.  For a friends wedding that was my gift to them.  I had my boyfriend at the time take pictures like 8-10 rolls worth and he got some pictures that even the photographer didn't get.  I did pictures from rehersal, the wedding, the reception and even the gift opening.  They loved it.  For my dad's 60th birthday we had a party and I did an album for my dad to remember that day.  I gave it to him for that christmas.   Feel free to email me if you have any additional questions or want any links to any websites.

  5. hmmmm....its kinda difficult to just pluck an interest or hobby out of thin air!! instead of asking us i think you should be more asking yourself....settle yourself down somewhere quite and write down things you really love...just as examples...music?...singing?....eating?.... you good with your hands....do you like making things....cakes, knitting, dressmaking, drawing, painting....are you better with your mind....puzzles.....problem solving....the list could be endless....the only criteria would be that you honestly love to do it...

i love to sing....unfortunatley i'm not very good at it....but the key words are 'i love to sing'....i joined a singing class, i go along once a week and love it, i then bought a cd and book to practice at home.....i found it difficult to follow the notes as  i dont read music....so that was my next step....i bought a little keyboard and now practice reading music, making music and singing.....now i'm not saying singing is for you.....i'm saying identify what you love to do and maybe some strengths you already have that you could improve....good luck x

  6. I know you said you didn't like knitting but there are so many other crafts out there to try! I love  this website http://www.craftstylish.com/ because they are a complete resource to all things crafty. They also have free projects and patterns to try for jewelry making, scrapbooking, embroidery, sewing, or whatever else you may be into. I would say scrapbooking would be great because you can document your experiences with you and your boyfriend. It sounds like you may have tons of pictures since you've been together for 7 years. Hope this helps!
