  1. twighlight series!!!!!!!  or, a great and terrible beauty

  2. 'twilight' is really good.

but the auther jeff noon, some of his books are really cracked out and weird/ interesting.

another good book is 'go ask alice'.

and this isnt really a chapter book but if your intrested in american culture.. 'one hundred young americans' is really awsome!

  3. I am reading The Shadow Children Series. The first one is called Among The Hidden. I am in the 5th one i think there are like 8 but they are really good books. Its about this boy named Luke who is a third child and in the book there could only be 2 children per family and if you have a third child the population police would kill them. So Luke has to hide for a long time i don't want to tell u more because i think you should read them they are so good. Its a series that not alot of people have heard of but there are really good. I am the kid of person that doesn't like read much but when i read the first book i got stuck to them so i read them very fast because they are not boring i hope u look for them and if u decide to read them i hope u like them as much as i do.

  4. Psychopath by Keith Ablow is good.

  5. sure I would recomend " the steppenwolf" or "siddharta" both written by Herman Hesse

  6. To Kill a Mockingbird, Treasure Island, the Da Vinci Code, Of Mice and Men, the Slave Dancer.

Of mice and men is a little shorter than the rest, you can finish it in one sitting.  TKAM is obviously a bit longer.  Treasure Island, Da Vinci code, and slave dancer are inbetween long and medium.

  7. really depends what ur into. i dnt really read much excpt mags but Christine-by stephan king is pretty frickin awesum.

  8. Read Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Linsay. If you've heard of the show on SHOtime and CBS, it's about a sociopath who's a serial killer . . . who only kills bad guys. And somehow, lovable. Well written. There are two books after that, too.

Have you read the Maximum Ride series? About kids with wings. Hilarious.

The Mediator Series by Meg Cabot is awesome too.

  9. I really enjoy the Jodi Picoult books--- especially My Sister's Keeper.  It was so good!

  10. i;;m not a freaky religious person, and i dont push religion down anyones throat. but i have faith and i found "the five people you meet in heaven" a moving book.

it doesnt focus on religion or anything, just shows you the idea of how things happen for reasons and how all humans are connected in some way shape or form.

  11. of mice and men is a good book and lord of the flies.

they are both pretty short books

  12. - if you're looking for something fresh and funny, read, "girl, 15, charming, but insane", by sue limb... it kept me laughing

    - books by ann brashares, preferably the "sisterhood of the traveling pants" series, are really good. they have the effect of bringing out a lot of emotion... for example, laughter, tears, etc....

  13. how about my side of the mountain. that or eragon (the third book is coming out this year) or the artemis fowl series.
