Some notes about  some  of the suggested names:

Elizabet ( girl) in Italian is "Elisabetta" (Betty or Betti as nickname) ; Nicholas is very Italian but in Italian is "Nicola"; Joe is Giovanni or Gianni, Kevin or Justin are not Italian (even if  Justin exists as Giustino, but it is  really uncommon)

The right names are Giovanna (girl)  and Giovanni (boy), not Giavonna or Giavonno (both do not exist in Italian).

The long list was good and probably from an Italian.

Caesar is Cesare in Italian (quite rare but ...well.. "heavy" and solid).

Fabian  is more common as Fabio and Felix as Felice; Leonard is Leonardo  or Leo but is quite rare now

like Orlando, Rinaldo, Santino, Toni (as nickname of Antonio)

Ubaldo: few below the age of 80 have these names; Vincent is said Vincenzo (short way Enzo, like the establisgher of Ferrari).

Zeno, well, it is old, rare, a little bit odd  but...really special: it gives an idea of ...high level, solid ancient family; it  is euphonic (sounds good) and classy.

The last I remember with that name was Zeno Colo' , a famous ski champion of the 30ies , but I believe it is a nice suggestion
