I need an old teacher's manual for plane geometry. Any ideas where I can find it?

I need the Teacher's Manual and Key to Plane Geometry by David P Smith and Anthony Marino published by C.E. Merrill in 1948. It's listed on Amazon, but I cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas where I can look?
