I need an original short story idea?

I have to write a short story for school and it needs to focused around the setting. Can you give me an idea for what i can write about and helpful hints about writing about the setting. The story can be 1 page MAX.

I agree with the posters who said that an original idea should be your own.  If not, then it's not original.

Do you have to pick your own setting or is there one already and you have to write around it?  You do not specify so I cannot help you with advice on how to go about it.

You could write about life in the park from an onlooker's point of view. Be sure to use a LOT of descriptive words. Here's an example sentence:

"The trees swayed in the light summer breeze, and the park teemed with wildlife."

Not exactly perfect; I'm on a writers' block thing right now, but it'll do, yeah?

S**t 1 page max? he11 i cant help you there i allways got in trouble because my short stories were 12 sheets of college ruled paper front and back my teachers almost hated to grade mine where most of the class wrote 5 pages front only then theyd got to mine. unforunately i lost all my work on my series and im gonna have to write them again i had 3 that were 15 pages front and back that was from my series the adventures of mullet man
