can you sue someone for not properly securing a vehicle. someone let the your child be in car with keys and took it without permission and was killed in a accident.

  8. Most definatley. This guy got $74,000 when his neighbor ran his hand over accidentally as the guy was trying to steal his neighbor's hub cap and didn't know there was anyone in the car. If he can do that, I'm pretty sure you have a case.
