  1. U boil these small potatoes peel them slit them slightly & fill a mixture of the following red chilly powder, corriander pow,amchur pow,salt to taste stuff this in the pot.Sallow fry them in a non stick pan with little oil till golden brown. u can variate with yr own condiments
