  1. Yup I own two.  The DC HKD 153 has a phantom core, which is the strongest core avaliable.  (It is amazing for rails).

The board is divided into three sections, and the outside two are wrapped in a 'box' of powerful, dampening reinforcement. A strip of carbon and a strip of Kevlar are layered on the edge sections, and the trio is fully wrapped in a sock of fiberglass. Unwanted transverse flex (edge-to-edge board twisting) is effectively eliminated, and the board gains stability, edge grip, durability, even more punch, and shock absorption.

Two directions of glass fibers are weaved tightly together, allowing for additional strength and durability without adding weight.

A high density sintered base that's firm, exceptionally fast, and super wear-resistant. The porous surface allows easy absorption of wax, meaning longer lasting wax jobs. Finished with laser structuring for very low friction while maintaining durability.
