  1. Yes that is normal, your body needs rest because it is working so hard when you are 15 because it is changing and your bones are growing so fast.  You grow the most when you sleep and thus, that means you need more sleep for your body.  And being cranky is because your body is telling you that you need more sleep! Weird right?!?

  4. Very normal at your age.  I just took a course in college on adolescent mental health and adolescent sleep patterns were a key topic.

    What happens is your body is growing very fast, and your hormones are increasing...even your brain changes during adolescence.  Sleep is obviously vital to growth, so adolescents naturally require more sleep.  

    It has been shown too is that adolescents tend to be most focused from late morning to late night, rather than early morning to early in the evening.  Some schools have taken steps to change the school day for middle/high school students to accommodate this.  You probably find yourself wanting/needing to sleep in...and its natural, and very normal.

  8.      it's normal,cuz there is this statistic that says teens should get more sleep becuz when ur older u cant sleep like u used 2 when u were a teen.

  11. Very normal! In fact teens need more sleep! Its all about hormones. and also everyone is different,One of my friends needs 10 hours of sleep and shes 26!
