I need autumn menu ideas for 100+ people for an All Staff meeting...Help?

What is your budget?  Can you cater? That is a lot of people to cook for if you are doing the cooking.

With that many people there are bound to be some that have special dietary needs. Allergies, religious restrictions and lifestyle choices such as vegans and vegetarians etc.

Another thing to find out, are you trying to fill people up or just take the edge off of their hunger?  

Is it a sit down thing or do you want people to mingle while they eat?

What time of day and how long do you have for the whole affair?

Will the announcements be before they eat or after-wards.

Timing is everything. A company I worked for, had a company party with food. They said it was going to be a BIG spread. The party started at 1 PM, so nobody ate lunch and some didn't eat breakfast. The PTB made announcements until 4:30 and didn't serve until 5 PM. People were gnawing on the tables by then.

Waldorf Salad ..... Pork Tenderloin (or chops) with Butternut Squash or mashed sweet potatoes ...  fresh chunky applesauce ... green beans .... Apple Cobbler;  pecan pie;  pumpkin ice cream

You didn't say if it was indoors or out! How about some chicken kabobs with red, green yellow peppers, red onion and mushrooms. You can make an easy cole slaw that uses ramen noodles, fried corn and a green bean casserole

When you say autumn, I'm thinking thanksgiving. But, the easiest thing for you to make for that many people is a couple of huge pots of chicken and rice. Then I would make green beans, broccoli casserole, squash,  or potato salad with roll.  Then make or get several different desserts like pound cakes or carrot cake or spice cake.  Any of these would be great!
