I need away to get customers feedback regarding our products?

already we have a box were customer can put their feedback

the add on top of the box says"Are you intrested to know about our products? Write your name and your contact number and put it on the box.

Really simple answer:  ASK!

If a customer has used your product before, and they're satisfied, ask them their thoughts.

Your sign may not be appropriate.  If the "customers" are in your store and already buying the products....you may want to put a sign up that says "Please give us your feedback"  or "How are we doing?"  Do you have a survey for them to fill out? Have you collected e-mail addresses?

If you have a website, you can put your survey on-line or simply e-mail a survey to your customers in a newsletter.
