I need back to school help ?

i have 14 days till school starts and i must look good im starting high school i want to know if i can loose 5-10 lbs and possible 1-2 inches of my stomach in this time

please answer i poseted up 3 differnt questions and i got no answers for anyof them please answer me i need to know

  1. the best way to lose it is too exercise .

    but if you do exercise and you still eat a lot then

    that really doesnt make a difference .

    dont starve yourself to death, thats just going to make you fatter

    dont think of yourself as someone who is fat.

    wake up in the morning and start jogging .

    stop with the junk food .

    drink a lot of water .

    gluckk !(; im trying to lose weight tooo !


  2. I've just started a diet,

    BREAKFAST Fruit

    LUNCH Fruit

    Snack every 2 hours on fruit to speed up metabolism.

    For dinner i eat a small bowl of whatever my mums cooking - make sure it has alot of nutrition in it so your body gets the required vitamins - foods such as rice, fish, vegetables. Exercise is the key to loosing weight, walking is good enough. Go for a ten minute brisk walk in the morning, that burns about 100 calories. Walk at least 30 a day. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. If you don't drink a lot of water then your body becomes dehydrated and stores up to 10 lbs of water in weight - so just by drinking water - you lose 10 lbs! Don't drink too much water though, 8 glasses is good enough.
