I need bedroom decorating tips!!!!!!!!

Question

ok so right now i have blue and green room but I'm just sick of always seeing that right now.

i 13 and really want something that i will like for years to come!.

this is the bed spread I'm getting.

i want my walls to be like only one color alone or with like black brown or white/

i dont want blue green or orange.

any suggestion are welcomed

black and white look really good with hot pink

idk if you would want to paint your wall hot pink though

maybe some hot pink accents like pillows, lamps etc.

First of all let me say, I love the bedspread. Second of all, I would definitely go with a blue-green. I know you said you didn't want that, but it would look terrific. Plus, its very sophisticated. And I would say black accents. Its going to look great, trust me.

keep the walls white and use strong color accents in your sheets, cushions, curtains.  you'll never tire of white walls and when you're ready for another comforter, you won't need to repaint the walls.

It looks like the walls in the photo might be gray and the flower might have gray in it. If so, that would be my choice.

I love your bedspread you have chosen, and I can relate - I once had a blue-green room and I became sick of it too. I really suggest having a feature or accent wall, where you paint every wall white or off-white and then choose a wall to paint a colour that is going to catch your eye and stand out. Because your bedspread is black and grey you can choose any colour you like but I think it would look great with a light yellow colour. Hope I helped!

p.s wallpaper works too and looks great,  you could get a pattern that matches your bed.

wow i like the bed spread! anyways this looks totally awesome nd i guarentee you will like it for a long time considering ur only 13, on 1 wall do black and white zebra stripes and on the other walls have a bright colour that u like that will really contrast the black and white, this will all go well with the stripes and bed spread, its the perfect teens room

I wouldn't put brown in only because you want to center around your colors which are black and white it seems to be. I think you should have a black ceiling and a white wall. On your white wall maybe add a few black decors. pictures maybe. If you don't put anything on the walls it will look blank and boring. I know this may sound a bit tacky but if you a black or white picture frame and some nice black and white wrapping paper maybe with a int of pink in the wrapping paper, then you can take some cardboard the size of the frame paste the wrapping paper on it then frame your wrapping paper it will bring out the colors more also.
