I need bigger pecs (fast like under 30 days)

My girlfriend says my pecs are too small for our performances. I would like to impress her and get bigger ones but i dont want square. I want like round and BIG. Any suggestions?

  1. YA, it takes alot of time.. unless you workout everyday for that 30 days..

  2. The fastest way to increase muscle size is to lift quite heavy, in the 6-10 rep range.  That means doing enough weight that you CANNOT do more reps then that.

    You'll need at least one rest day between workouts to benefit, and keep your protein intake up.  Working out every day is not ideal for muscle growth - remember, working out does not build muscle, working out rips up the muscle.  Its the resting when the muscle grows.

  3. do pushups every day. I do 50 when i wake up and 50 before i go to bed. Ive noticed improvements in the past month that I have been doing them.

  4. your looking at a minimum of 6 months working with heavy weight, and pushups will do nothing if your goals are big pecs, you will need to be doing 200 pushups a day for 5 years before you get decent sized pecs from them as they arent intense enough to build muscle after a while.

    and whether or not you get round or square pecs is something you cant change, it is genetics and will no type of specific exercise will change their shape.

  5. eat contantly and run, do about 4 hours of running and eat 4 times ure usaull amout, it is a Dr's tip

  7. sweetie, it takes time. I would say work out 6 days a week. Every other day on your pecs. That's the only way. Unless you get implants
