I need cardio advise for a boxing match coming up.?

I'm fighting in a toughman contest this firday Three 1 minute rounds. What is a good cardio workout best suited for three 1 minute bursts of energy.

  1. jumprope everyday bro its great

    if u can do laps in a pool and shadow boxing unerwater

    jogging and suicides are good

    do rounds on a heavy bag, same as the tournament, and everytime give it 100%

    as far as weightlifting goes do extremely light weight and as many reps as possible

    pushups,pullups,dips,situps-do all of them till failure and as fast as possible

    hope this all helps, just remember what ever you choose to do go as hard and as fast as possible

  2. Do 1 push up, turn around do 1 crunch (full sit-up), turn around & do 2 push ups, turn around & do 2 crunches, turn around & do 3 push ups e.t.c. very hard nd challenging. If it's to easy wear weighted vests. Also 50 metre bursts x5, repeats.

  3. run srpints. keep running sprints until you feel like you are going to throw up. also when you spar go for 12 1 minute rounds with hald the time of a rest that you will have when you fight. if it is a 1 min rest then have a 30 second rest
