I need charity ideas!!!?

ok i have this really good idea for raising money for a charity and i really want to do it but i dont know a charity to choose. if you have any ideas for charities that i could raise money for can you please help. thank you

heal music is a Toronto based charity that works with the world famous sick kids hospital and their music therapists to help create live occupational music therapy for long term and palliative care patients

in addition to sick kids the charity works with many other hospitals and retirement home and also hosts artist showcases to help out the local indie scene while raising awareness for music therapy

No one can tell you. what you need is to choose a charity that either affects you or a cause that is close to you. You must feel very passionate about your cause in order to get the best results.

One good way to find a charity that touches your heart and that you can know is really making a difference is to go to the Samaritan Guide http://www.samaritanguide.com'guide   You can look up groups by geographic area and find one near you or you can look up by the things they help with.   Many are small organizations where your help will make a big difference.  Most are not government funded.

Google registered charities.  Lots of ideas pop up, then it is simply a matter of choice.  Local charities near where you live always appreciate help, and often achieve better results just because they are local, and people recognise them.
