Hi depending on your start location and end destination ,bus it the most commonly and very well patronized (cheapest)  mode of transport in and around Uruguay, if you aint got a motor bike a car or enough money to catch a taxi or plane.I found the busses very comfortable.The train services arn't much good either if you can find a service.

    YOU CAN FIND REALLY CHEAP TICKETS FROM SOME PLACES ....LIKE USA.

    AS I SAID...IT ALL DEPENDS WHERE YOU ARE AT, JUST NOW.
