  1. how old are they......young kids 7-10 should work inside clean kitchen,living room ,bedroom or any other room you have. older kids 11-18 work outside cutting grass, watering plants, picking up trash, and toys, wash the car clean the garage. hope this helps

  2. why not simple ones like wash the dishes sweep the floor, take out the trash, clean the dogs. Start small and work your way up as the grow bigger to things that are more responsible and manageable.

  3. start small...

    *clean their room

    * keep their bathroom clean

    * feeding the pets

    then you can work up as they get older.  (eg.  outside chores and duties)

  4. washing the clothes. help ur husband wash the car. cut the grass.

  5. I'm a single mother and have 3 children. They all hate the dishes (-: but my girls (18 & 12) like to help with the vacuuming, dusting, laundry, sweeping or mopping. We usually do things together to make things clean fast. My only son is a little on the lazy side (10), but he likes to be called the man of the house and therefore he does the guy things like the yard and taking out the trash.

    Sometimes I get a little complaining but I remind them that I would never ask them to do anything I wouldn't do myself and I let them know that I (honestly) couldn't make it on my own without all their help. They receive lot's of praise for the help they give so they know and feel they're efforts are appreciated very much.

    It's still sometimes easier to do it yourself, but I believe that chores and teamwork help to form responsible little individuals.

  6. well, if they are very young, the can clean their rooms or feed pets.  if they are older, they can clean bedrooms and other rooms in house or set and clear the table and wash dishes.

    make a chart of the things the can do and after the task id finished, check it off and at the end of a week you can give them a reward like.. see a movie or a play day at the park.

    What about google children chore?  maybe you can find a few good ideas.

  7. milk the cow,feed the chickens. It can't be that hard to find something for them.

  8. Well it depends on their age-children can do chores from a very youg age as long as you make it into something fun. My 8 year old brings the dirty clothes downstairs from the bathroom by using his older brother as target practice. His brother stands at the bottom of the stairs and my 8 year old throws them at him! It takes twice as long as it would for me to do but they enjoy it. The 18 month old also helps-he pulls wet clothes out of the machine! washing the dishes can be another fun chore though it can get a bit messy. Just think about the chores you did as a child and see if they'd work for your children.

  9. i would have them do small ones at our house we

    sweep the floor;

    feed the animals;

    pick up the yard;

    water the dogs;

    dishes;

    pick up the car;

    cleant the table;

    set the table;

    easy things work the best

  10. First off they need to be age appropriate chores and maturity level.  For younger children cleaning up after ones self and remembering to take care of such things as hygiene with some help from adults is probably more then enough.

    As they start to get older dishes, their own laundry (not everyones), sweeping...things like this and maybe starting to help feed certain animals.

    Older children they can help with just about anything.  Just don't forget they do need to be responsible but they are still children.
