But being low income It's hard.

Sorry but I absolutely do not donate to people and appeals I do not personally know about.  There is too much that is not honest and too little opportunity to verify whether the specific is or isn't true.   Your appeal needs to be to family,friends,local businesses who can check with your school and getting a job.
