I need computer help. Will somebody help me ?

Question

I'm trying to figure out how to put a video into an online contest. It is a home video of my friends' band playing a show. The video has to be in one of these formats : ASF,AVI,MOV,MPEG,QT,DV or WMV.

I burned a copy of video, and I don't know what or how to get this into one of these formats.

I have Windows XP Professional, Windows Media Player, Windows Media Player Classic, WMV9 VCM, and K-Lite Codec Pack.

Can you help me with how to do this?
