I need dessert party themes and suggestions for hosting a party.?

It will need to consist of both desserts and beverages. I am thinking two kinds of cakes, mixed berries w/with whipped creams, choc covered strawberries, coffee , tea and a dessert wine.

You can also have a "buffet". Have a chocolate fountain or two, one for white and one for milk chocolate. Have dipping foods and plain fruits and cookies. Simple but delicious foods, remember some people might be dieting, so load up on fruits for dipping.

You can buy chocolate fountains pretty cheaply, then have platters of fruits, pretzels, etc. for dipping.  Throw in some champagne and forget about it!
