I need diet tips!??!?!?!?!?

im 14 going into grade 9

i am 100 lbs and 5'6 i know i dont sound big but i hve little pockets of fat here and there like on my belly around my hips under my chin, only 8 days till school starts and i want to lose the weight by then so i was thinking of a chewing gum diet????? i also want to get down to about 85 lbs so....help? diet ideas but they need to be drastic enough to lose tht weight

  1. Dude, dieting is not what you need. you sound way to thin. Think about being healthy first.. But also gain muscle.. CHEWING GUM? dude, your really going down. But dieting.. just eat healthy. When I want to lose weight fast I usually only eat 500 calories that day then go on a run.. but if you don't eat then your body will produce perminate fat.


  2. You don't need to loose weight. I have the same sort of problem. Doing things like sit-ups will tone the muscles in your stomach. Chewing gum isn't a good idea. when you're chewing the saliva being produced then swolloed makes your body ready to eat. you'll feel even hungrier. 85 lbs isn't a healthy weight anyway.

  3. hun, you really shouldn't be 85 pounds. that would just be unhealthy. but i've got the same prob as you. i'm 101 lbs and i'm 5'4. i'm athletic so some of that is muscle. i'm skinny everywhere except at my hips. i have frikkin love handles. lately i've just been hula hooping and from that i lost 2 pounds in the last 9 days. not the best results you've heard, but still good! if you really wanna lose weight and you're planning on skipping a meal, skip dinner and do the chewing gum idea then so that your brain thinks that you're eating and makes you not hungry. also, don't eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed because you want most of that digested before you go to sleep or else if it isn't then it will be immediately turned into fat. instead of aiming for 85 lbs, aim for 92. its a much better number and you'll still lose the weight. :) add me as a contact if you want. :) and please answer my questions. look at my profile and answer them, please?!

  4. OMG, Are you crazy girl? You are still going through puberty and your body has stored up fat to help you get through the rest of it. Feed yourself a well balanced diet so you will grow properly and exercise as much as you can to tone up your body. According to the BMI or Body Mass Index your score is 16.1 where it should be is 18.5 to 24.9.

  5. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU. I am 107 pounds and i am 5'1, i know thats sounds a bit heavy, but im not fat, im just not skinny. I am athletic, so some of that weight is muscle, but its my stomach that sticks out a bit, so i started doing like 300 crunches a night and i have lost 4 lbs in 5 days, but i also did pushups and differant exersises, then i also started eating healthy, little junk food (hey im a kid, i need a little) just try not to cheat too much
