  3. You need to be more specific. Where in CT are you coming from and where in Canada are you going? For the most part, if you're coming from CT, you'll probably be taking I-91 north to White River Junction, then either continue on I-91 to the border at Derby Line, or take I-89 north to the border at Highgate Springs. Both crossings take you into Quebec.
