I need diving help?

im going diving tommoro at a lake i dont think there any sharks but theres sting rays what do i do when i see one im going spearfishing what are some other predators in a australian lake in nsw

I'm a surfer and I swim with stingrays regularly, and there is absolutely no way that it wil attack you as long as you keep your distance. Don't make sudden moves or approach them from the rear as this will make them nervous, remember, they only eat plankton and small fish!!
