  1. YOU NEED TO GET ONE OF THOSE BALLS THAT IS ODD SHAPED AND WILL BOUNCE LIKE CRAZY USE THAT AND BOUNCE AROUND AND KEEP UP WITH IT AND TAPPING IT 5 MINS OF THAT A DAY WILL GREATLY HELP YOUR HANDBALL SKILLS OUT.


  2. First cuff the balls very firmly.  Grip those balls, but not to hard where they could be punctured or bruised.

    Begin bouncing the balls between your chin and then back to the floor.  This should give you a nice ball motion.

    Last go balls to the walls.  Practice different ways of gripping the balls, and with different partners.  The more balls and partners you play with, the more versitile your handball game becomes!

  9. to make your grip stronger take a chin up bar wrap 2 towels around it snuggly and tape the ends good to as many pull ups as you can then hang there for 10 good seconds then take a brake and do the same for chin ups
