  2. You should start with finding out about different Paris areas and what they offer in terms of ambiance and particularities. Each part is different. This overview will help:

For honeymooners I find Montmartre (18th) area romantic. They also have a vineyard there you can visit. I personally like Hotel Regyn’s Montmartre place des Abbesse under €150 per room price range. Location is great and hotel has rooms with nice views over Paris. http://www.paris-hotels-montmartre.com/h...

    Have a great stay

  3. That's rather a vague question. What do you need help with?

Edit: Well that's still a bit vague but it seems you ought to begin by deciding how much time to spend in each area. Two weeks is a very short  time just to see Paris. But if you're set on doing it then figure out the dates and get yourself hotels in each place.

You can find perfectly acceptable hotels in Paris for as little as 80-90 euros a night. I suggest the Hotel St. andre des Arts which will cost you 86 euros a night including a French style coffee and bread breakfast in the morning. http://www.123france.com/en/0/hotel-sain...

Depending on the time of year the French Riviera can be quite expensive. I don't have a hotel reccomendation for this area.

You'll need to get from Paris to the Riviera and that is best done by train. You can do that here: http://www.voyages-sncf.com/dynamic/_SvH...
