yes i do , sometimes i even go around and get the cans from my neighbor to recycle cans at a recycling plant they give $0.50 per pound.

Yes, I try to. My landlord has a dumpster, but no recycling boxes, so I generally have to save my recycling and drop it off at the center.

Yes. I live in an area where the city allows you one small container for trash, and then you are given a very large container for recycling and another for yard wasted. I find this to be a very effective way to get people to recycle! ♥♥♥

sometimes, i eat out alot so 99% of the restaurants just have a trash can not a recycle bin and i dought that someone goes through to trash to pick out the plastics/cans/bottles.

Yes I do, everything possible. And if I have to I'll take a bottle or can with me until I can put it in a recycling bin.

For those who have recycling services available to them and are too lazy to use them, it takes the same amount of time to throw something in a recycling bin than it does to throw it in the garbage...

But I will say that it very hard to do sometjmes because many places don't provide recycling areas. See recently I travel abroad and discovered that in some place if you want to recycle you better take it with you. Now that sucks because aren't we all supposed to care about the earth.

I do and will continue to do so. Maybe everyone else will catch on one day. Till then here's to us.

I recycle some stuff,  paper,  plastic bottles etc.  What I don't recycle is the cans from food items,  simply because if they are not washed out the workers toss them back onto the lawn and I draw the line at washing my garbage before tossing it out.
