I need everyones help...please...?

Okay i am 14 years old and almost 15. I have a really bad home life and i want to move out of my house and move in with my cousin. I heard that there are laws saying that once im fifteen or sixteen i can go to court and do that...but idk what to do. I need the information about the court and age and everything else and idk where to look. Could you all please help me and tell me the info or provide me with the site i can go to?!?! please and thank you sooooo much to all those how are willing to take the time to help me. =)

ive heard that when u r 16 u can move out.  i think thats the only age tho or older.  sorry, i dont know much, im 14 too...

u should see what the laws are in your area and what the requirements are - especially how they apply to school. good luck. things will get better.

Despite what you have heard- this is not your way out. You can contact social services and they will remove you from your home. But that does not in any way mean that you will be able to choose where you end up. The courts decide who is best suited to take care of you, you can make suggestions, but that is as far as you will get.
