i mean how many hours a day or minutes

i started a diet 2 weeks ago and didn't work so i need to start a new one so like on the treadmill how many minutes or hours

  2. Everyone should get 30 minutes of exercise each day. Drink lots of water, it is healthy and will help you loose weight. Eat breakfast, because that gets your metabolism going for the day. And eat several times a day but in small portions, as opposed to 3 main meals. For running, just go with a time you're comfortable with, eventually work your way up to longer times. Or so you don't stress yourself out, you can run maybe 5 minutes one hour and another 5 another ect. Push yourself but not TOO much.

  3. Diets suck, and do not work. Just eat healthy and limit junk food to once or twice a week. Exercise. You'll lose weight that way, and keep it off.
