I need eye makeup tips, please ☺?

Question

I think I have a narrow shaped eye but, I'm not too sure. I'm trying to figure out the best way to wear eye makeup. My lid doesn't show very much and I have very pale skin so I sometimes tend to put on too much and look a wee bit hooker-ish. I'd love to have colors that work with my skin/hair/eyes while still making my eyes pop. I have strawberry blond hair (basically a light red/orange), pale skin and super dark brown eyes. I need to know colors for mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow and how to apply it.

try teal or eggplant eyeliners!

i have really narrow eyes too....u can use pretty much any color but the trick is to apply the eyehadow right under your browbone in along the crease....then get a shimmery white and line theinside if your eyes(twoards your nose) and along your lower lash line it"ll  give the illusion of larger eyes....
