I need eyeliner help??? ?

how do you get eyeliner to stay if you put it on the inside not under the eyelashes bc everytime i do it just comes off and whats the best drugstrore eyeliner??

Don't put it on the inside of the eyelid. You can, however, come up from underneath (before you put on mascara) and dot the eyeliner in between the lashes. It looks much neater, and more natural, while still providing that definition or color pop. Plus, it's better for your eye! Good luck!

If you're talking about the bottom of your eyes, you could try a liquid, and not put it exactly on the waterlines, and not under the lashes either, right at the tip end of the waterline. If it's the top, tears do the job at taking it off. I don't think theres an eyeliner that works against that.

any eyes liner will come off if you put it on the inside of the eye, your own tears take it off. There might be one that stays but I have not found it yet,,,and I doubt it would be in a drug store :( sorry

i really think that KAJAL is the answer to ur question.ull get it in the brands of revlon ,lakme,bonjour,cover girl,etc,keep the kajal pencil between ur eyelines and close ur eye and mmake a nice thinor broad line.then u can apply a little of powder or eye shadow of the same color with small eye brush

Try waterproof eyeliner, since that stays the best. You'll have to put good make-up remover to remove the eyeliner since you can't exactly wash it off in the shower, etc. But it works! My favorite is Revlon Unstoppable Eyeliner. It's awesome!

Another eyeliner is the New York Color eyeliner. It works well and only costs $1! It stays good too, though not as good as the eyeliner above.

try some liquid eyeloner it takes a while tolearn how to use it, but it works wa better. if you dont want liqiud ...  guess you just have tokeep reapplying :)
