  1. lots of snow, high winds, low visibility, usually below zero windchills, they suck, trust me i am from wisconsin, we have had a record amount of snow here, it's finally spring, the snow is gone!

    As Defined by the National Weather Service a Blizzard is:

    A winter storm which produces the following conditions for at least 3 hours:

    Sustained winds or frequent gusts to 35 miles per hour or greater, and

    Considerable falling and/or blowing snow reducing visibility to less than 1/4 mile.
