I need fast help from a veterinarian

Question

My cat is 8 years old and he does not come in and his breath smells like a dead decaying animal, and he does not eat as much as he use to and now he only eats 2 bites of his food he eats urinary track and health and we changed it from hard food to soft he has arthritis and he is very light weight is my cat sick or dying?

He may be sick, but it may just be that he is eating a wet cat food. That has A LOT to do with the decaying smell as it will rot their teeth out. He still needs to go to the vet, so they can check and see if something is wrong. Hope this helps.

Yes, it sounds like your cat is very ill.  It sounds like your cat has Feline Lukemia.  I'm sorry your cat is not doing well.  I know it's very hard to loose a pet.

Since it sounds like you are too young to be able to take your cat to the Vet yourself, keep your cat as warm and comfortable as possible.  Try to change your cats water many times a day, cats like fresh cool water best.

Souinds like she has a virus,,need to take her tot he Vet and get on Meds...

I lost a cat from Aids...TRUE....lost weight, wouldn't eat much..etc....

took her to the Vet and never got her back....GO!!!

Yes, your cat is sick and dying.  You just gave all the proofs.  Allow him to be. When he disappear, you will know and face your fear of his death.  Most cats will hide to die.

Wild cats do not eat domesticated cat food.  As a result, wild cats live longer. Cat food causes a lot of problem with cats just like fast food and junk food causes a lot of problem with human bodies.

Educate yourself and learn to eat better.  Your cat is showing you a secret.  The secret is that if you knew what they really put in cat food, you would never feed another cat with commercial fast food cat food.

Wild cats eat birds, moles and  mices, all from nature.

You should feed your body with produce from nature, not from a warehouse.  Food from nature proccesses in a warehouse becomes dead food.  Eat raw fruits and veggies so you don't end up like your cat.

Any form of death is devastating.

Im not a vet but i know for sure that you need to give off the computer and run your cat to the vet, you may lose her and i think that is more important than chatting on the com.
