I need fatty snacks?

My friend is loosing weight too fast since she started this special training program for his favorite sport. And don't say to stop or take it easy that isn't an option.

  1. when i was with boy scouts they gave us these nut bars called pro bars. try one of them *they have 350-400 calories* AND have him eat an ice cream cone like drumstick or something. those also have LOADS of calories. hope this helps!


  2. well for him since hes training, id say sugary sweets and chips wouldnt be good...maybe protein bars and shakes would be better.
