  1. I think you should upgrade to a 10 gallon, because fish like alot of space, also the tank would get dirtier alot faster

  2. 1 gallon is pretty small. plus the shape isnt very good for providing swimming space. i have a 2.5 gallon shrimp tank and i dont think its enough space for 3 mollies. get the 10. they are cheap and equipment isnt too much either. then you can add more fish later if you want.

  3. a goldfish can fit there

  4. The bigger the better....If you suspect you need a bigger tank the you probably do....

  5. It is as small as it looks.  That is about a 3 gallon tank.  3 mollies need a minimum of a 10 gallon tank with a good filter and a heater.

If you want to keep the tetra's too then you'll need a 15 or 20 gallon.  Neons should be kept in schools of 6 or more.

  6. I would def upgrade to a ten or at least a 20 gallon. The fish get bigger quicker and you can set up alot more homes. However the tank you have will fit 3 mollies or guppies or any docile fish breed. They just won't grow much and will need more frequent water changes.

  7. Upgrade. Would you want to be stuck in one room of your house with two other people?

  8. i go for a 10 gallon tank

  9. The general rule is one gallon water per one inch of fish.
