I have been living in China for the last 2 years and just recently went back to Canada for a check up (I did go every 6 months for a cleaning and check up in Hong Kong) where my dentist filled 2 cavities and yanked an infected molar. He said I need to get more fluoride.

  1. Theres a medical toothpaste that has added Tin Fluoride in it for people that have problems with cavities. I think its called Crest Pro Health brand, it will only be found at denists or major pharmacy stores. On the label it should say that it contains tin(II) fluoride, or Sn(II)F2.

  2. Go to the dentist in China more and get fluoride treatments.  Tjey may sell this kit in some shops in Shanghai, Beijing and/or Hong Kong.

I don't know where you live in China, but where I'm at (Shenzhen) we have modern, up-to-date dental offices here.

  3. You Need Flouride?

Very simple.... Just brush your teeth with toothpaste 5 times a day with a soft toothbrush. And you'll never be out of flouride supply.
