  1. You could do fruit with yogurt dip.

Fruit on skewers.  (or alternate fruit with cheese squares)

    Cheese and crackers.

    Chex mix.

Tortillas spread with cream cheese, and a slice of turkey or ham, roll it up and cut into slices.

Mini sandwiches cut into triangles or cut into shapes with a cookie cutters.

Ants on a log, which is a celery stick, spread with peanut butter, and topped with raisins.  (Do be careful for allergies though.)

Mini pizzas.  (Cut pizza dough with round cookie cutter, put each piece of dough in muffin tin, top with a spoonfull of tomato sauce, some cheese, 1 pepperoni and bake.)

  2. dont try peanut butter lots of kids are allergic! try exotic fruits like star fruit mango lychees etc

  3. OK, my understanding of food experience is that it is a snack that the children themselves make in the classroom.

    ants on a log

    -celery stalk

    -pb or cream cheese

    -raisins

spread pb on a celery stalk and place raisins on top.

Tip:  Use popsiscle sticks for spreading.

    For a Zoo theme:

1/2 of a large graham cracker

    pb or cream cheese

    5 pretzel sticks

    1 animal cracker

spread pb on graham cracker place animal on top. add bars (pretzel sticks) to hold in the animal.

    Jello Jigglers

Pudding (They love to make pudding in a zip lock, then cut the tip so they can suck it out.  Make sure the pudding is thick or else you will have a huge mess.)

Yogurt parfaits.  layer fruit and yogurt.  use fruits that are easy to cut and can be cut with a plastic knife.  You can even use this to teach patterns.  strawberry, yogurt, banana, etc.

    Homemade lemonade.

popcorn (use an air popper, not microwave.  You can also experiment with different toppings like salt, sugar, popcorn seasoning, etc. Graph which one they like best.)

  4. ramen noodles, pasta dishes, fruits, carrotts, crackers and cheese, juices

  5. USE SPLENDA!

its kinda like sugar, except not, like organic

unless the kids are allergic, like me.

Then, don't cause they will get diahrea, or however you spell it

  6. Protein foods are good for low blood sugar.  Peanut butter crackers (made from home), cheese, etc.  Fruit will turn into sugar when it enters their system.  Fruit is good, but anyone with low blood sugar needs protein to help keep the balance of sugar level.

    Hope I helped.

  7. Fruits and veggies.
