  1. There are a lot of camp games that require no materials to little materials. I'm going to name a few and if you want more details let me know:

    1. Geography: The game when you name a location and the next person has to name a different place that starts with the last letter of the one just said. No places can be repeated.

    2. Movie Pong: Start by naming an actor, the next person has to name a movie that actor was in, then the next person names a different actor in that same movie, then the next person names a different movie that new actor was in... you get the hint. 3 strikes and your out. If you don't know an answer you can challenge the person who gave it to you and if they don't answer it they get a strike.

    3. I'm going on a picnic: Some one thinks of a theme (lets say things that start with the letter P) and everyone takes turns saying "I'm going on a picnic and I'm bringing <your guess here>. If they guess something that fits the criteria they get to come... if they don't they keep taking turns guessing. In the end someone has to figure out the pattern.

    4. Telephone/broken telephone

If you have running space... there are three great games I can think of:

Steel the bacon: two teams of children with matching numbers. You call out a number and both children with that number run to the middle and try to steal the bacon (an object placed in the middle). You can call other numbers out to help.

Spud: everyone gets a number and someone throws the ball up in the air and screams a number. the person with that number runs for the ball and then says stop. Everyone freezes where they are and that person chooses the closest person to them and gets 4 giant steps to reach them. then they throw the ball and try to hit the other person. IF they person catches it the thrower gets the out.

Red Rover: 2 teams of children at opposite sides of the room all holding on to each others arms to make a link. each take turns calling over a child from the other team. The child then runs as fast as they can to the other side. If they break through the link they go back to their team if they fail they are now part of the new team. Game ends when one team has everyone.

I could keep going but it would take forever to write all the camp games I can think of. Feel free to ask me if you want more. You can always try board games if you want something more conventional.
