I am Puertorrican and he is brazilian. This friday its our first month anniversary and I would like to get him something very special that remains him of home (brazil) any brazilian in here that can help?

Well, hopefully you know him better than I do, but my suggestions would be:

Anything related to futebol - jerseys are nice, or take him to game

Food stuffs of Brazil - make him a Brazilian meal (feijoada, churrasco, vitaminas, arroz e feijao, etc) or take him to a brazilian restaurant.  Perhaps some guarana.

Photos or posters of Brazil, particularly the area he is from

Music - CD's or downloads of some of his favorite Brazilian music

Yes, I agree... cachaça is a good choice.  If you can find it.  It's essentially a Brazilian rum.

You might do a web search for a local Brazilian restaurant.  See if they have any sources for cachaça.  

There is also a non-alcoholic drink, called Gaurana.  

You could also take him to a Brazilian restaurant.  Maybe all you can eat rodizio (barbecue)?  Guys love beef/steak.  And, if you can find a good Brazilian restaurant... it is sometimes all you can eat barbecue... and quite an experience!
